About Neighborcare Health at Meridian

This is a sliding scale approved program

Neighborcare Healths medical and dental clinics provide ongoing and urgent medical and dental care, regardless of insurance status. We ask uninsured patients to pay on a sliding fee scale. Children and some adult groups are the first priority for limited appointments.
Medical Services:
 Preventive medical care
 Family medicine
 Chronic disease management
 Gynecology and reproductive health care (family planning)
 Pregnancy and newborn care
 Pediatrics and well-child care
 Vaccinations
 Mental health counseling
 Substance use counseling 
 Sexually transmitted infections screening and counseling
 Nutrition counseling and health education
 Social work services
 Pharmacy and laboratory services
 Access for you and your family to evidence-based care and self-management support
Dental Services:
 Dental exams, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, fillings and extractions
 Oral health education
 Specialty care, including limited oral surgery, crown, denture and root canal services
 Emergency care services for all patients on a first-come, first-serve basis
Medical Hours:
 Monday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
 Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.
 Wednesday, 9:00 am - 6:30 pm.
 Saturday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Dental Hours:
 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:15 am -6:00 pm.
 Wdnesday, 9:00 am - 6:30 pm.
 Saturday, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Sliding Scale

Neighborcare Health at Meridian operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Neighborcare Health at Meridian provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
