This means that their providers and staff provide a full range of services to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms that appear today.
They offer patients with timely access to care, partner with patients to manage their conditions, coordinate care among providers, and continually improve the quality of care.
In Virginia Garcia, each patient is assigned to a team of doctors, which gives him access to primary health care, behavioral and mental health services, pharmacy, dental and visual services.
Through teamwork, doctors get to know their patients and better cope with chronic diseases and improve their health.
When you arrive for your Virginia Garcia appointment, the front office staff will enroll you as a patient.
Because they are federally funded, you may qualify for a sliding scale discount based on your family income.
To determine your eligibility for discounted services or to apply for coverage through Oregon Cover (Medicaid or Private Insurance), you will be asked to check your family income.
No one will be refused to take care of the inability to pay.
