Virginia Garcia is a patient-centered primary care home. But what does that mean?

In short, it means their providers and staff provide a full range of services to treat the whole person, and not just the symptoms surfacing today. They provide patients with timely access to care, partner with patients to manage their conditions, coordinate care across providers, and continuously improve the quality of care. At Virginia Garcia each patient is assigned to a provider team, giving them access to primary care, behavioral and mental health, pharmacy, dental and vision services. Through team care, providers get to know their patients and are better able to manage chronic conditions and improve health outcomes. Virginia Garcia provides comprehensive dental care for children and young adults under the age of 21 including:

Virginia Garcia also provides comprehensive dental services to pregnant women and diabetic patients. While urgent care treatment is available for all other adults, this care is limited and only provided on a walk-in basis as needed.

When you arrive for your appointment at Virginia Garcia, our front office staff will enroll you as a patient. Because we are federally funded, you may qualify for a sliding scale discount based on your household income. To determine your eligibility for discounted services or to enroll you with coverage through Cover Oregon (Medicaid or Private Insurance), you will be asked to verify your household income. No one will be refused care for inability to pay.

Hours:

Monday Friday: 8:00 am 7:00 pm.

Primary Care closes the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Sliding Scale

Virginia Garcia Beaverton operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Virginia Garcia Beaverton provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
