All youth at CHNY are provided with access to comprehensive medical care at CHNY's on-site, full-service Health and Wellness Center.
Services are offered at no cost or on a sliding-scale basis to anyone regardless of age, socio-economic status, race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, physical ability, or language.
Services include pediatric and adult primary care, gynecological care, pre- and post-natal care, STD and HIV screening, mental health care, case management, health education, drug awareness and education, and substance abuse assessments.
Covenant House-Under 21 operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Covenant House-Under 21 provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
