This facility offers a comprehensive range of health care services to meet your family\'s needs, including: geriatrics, mental health counseling, minor surgery, occupational medicine, pediatrics, podiatry, preventive care, primary care, sports medicine, and women\'s health. Lab and digital x-ray services are offered on-site and aid them in providing you prompt diagnosis and treatment. Walk-in care is offered seven days a week, with no appointment necessary; and free blood pressure checks are always available if needed. Local transportation to their office is available if needed.
This office provides care to you, regardless of ability to pay by offering a sliding fee discount upon approval.
Ludlow Health Center operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Ludlow Health Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
