Services: Medical Care: primary care offered for persons of all ages, from newborn to seniors.  Includes well-child visits, women’s health, family planning, annual physicals, chronic disease management,  sick care, and more, Prenatal Care: family medical providers provide basic early prenatal care offered to pregnant women with low risk pregnancies.   Referral options available for late prenatal care, deliveries, and high risk conditions, Counseling: provides counseling services for mild-to-moderate mental health conditions, such as depression, seen commonly in primary care, Dental Care: dentists and dental hygienists provide basic dental services from cleanings to tooth extractions.   Some denture services available by contract.
