The San Angelo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is designed to deliver primary care and Mental Health services to eligible veterans living in the following counties: Coke, Glasscock, Irion, Reagan, Sterling and Tom Green.

Mental Health including Substance Use

Telehealth
Home Based Primary Care
Fees are based on Sliding scale fees which are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income.

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, excluding Federal holidays

What this means to you is that West Texas VA Health Care System- San Angelo Clinic provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
