About East Texas Border Health Clinic

This clinic provides primary healthcare, urgent primary healthcare, immunizations, flu shots, and laboratory services. They also offer public disease prevention and education Diabetes, Heart Disease, Obesity, Mental health and Asthma. As well, mental health counseling is offered through Community HealthCore. In addition, substance Abuse is available through a service agreement with the East Texas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Center. This clinic provides case management to assist in accessing other community resources for their patients. It is a federally qualified health center and accepts patients of all ages.

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm

Tuesday from 8:00am to 6:00pm

Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm

Saturday 9:00am to 1pm.
