This clinic is a psychosocial rehabilitative program specializing in community integration. Its goal is to help mental health clients reach their optimal level of functioning while leading a successful productive life in their community. They serve clients with severe and persistent mental illness. Major insurances are accepted, as are Medicare and Medicaid. There are staff available to discuss payment plans for clients and their families.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm 

Tuesday: 8:30 am - 8:00 pm
