This clinic provides compassionate health care to people who might not otherwise get care, treating them with dignity and respect no matter how complex their care.
This clinic offers quality health care to everyone on a sliding fee scale. Located in the heart of the Burnside neighborhood, people who walk into the clinic can often get all the care they need in at one single location. Providers provide both primary and naturopathic care, perform preventive exams, treat injuries, perform minor procedures and can connect patients with mental health and chemical dependency services.
Old Town Clinic operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Old Town Clinic provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
