As an FQHC, they are dedicated to providing primary care, dental care, behavioral health, and outreach services to this community to the underserved on a sliding fee scale.

What this means to you is that Centerpoint: Hamilton Avenue provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay).
