FEES: We are not a free clinic, but we do offer payment options based on a patient's ability to pay. Yes, we are a provider for Medicaid and Medicare plans as well as most private insurances. We accept Buckeye, Unison, and Care Source. A sliding fee scale is also available for the uninsured. It includes a required co-pay of $10.00 for Medical Services and $20.00 for Dental Services, which is due at the time of service

What this means to you is that Lifecare Family Health & Dental Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay).
