We provide care for acute and chronic diseases, including lab work, cancer screenings, specialty referrals, women's health, pediatric care, and health education.

Mental Health Services
Fulfilling a vital need for the treatment of depression, anxiety, substance abuse and other disabling conditions, our mental health services are administered by licensed therapists, graduate-level interns, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who provide medication management and full psychiatric evaluations.

Social Services
Social workers and case managers at SSHC are focused on assisting patients with critical needs such as housing, transportation, food, and benefits. Services include care coordination, specialist referral, and much more.
