This clinic accepts most insurances, Medicaid, Medicare (for covered dental procedures) and offers a discount program for the uninsured based on the patient's income; uninsured patients must bring the necessary documentation in to our Sliding Fee Eligibility Clerk to qualify.

What this means to you is that Debaca Family Practice Clinic provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay).
