The Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center provides primary, preventive and behavioural health care services to children and adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, uninsured, underinsured or have low incomes.
They offer a sliding scale for self-paying patients, and they accept Medicaid and Medicare, as well as most insurance plans.
