As a community health center, they provide comprehensive, one-stop primary care to all of their patients.
Including primary care, x-ray, health/nutrition counseling, pharmacy assistance, mental health and dental care all in one location.
These services are offered on a sliding-fee scale, and no one will be refused services in their clinics based on inability to pay.
Services are available in English or Spanish. The basic fee for a medical examination at their clinic is $15.00 for the lowest income level.
East Central Dist Health Dept operates under a sliding fee scale payment model.
