Monday 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Thursday 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (1st four Thursdays)



Must be resident of Brunswick County, No Insurance, No Medicaid, No Medicare, Income within 150% of Federal Poverty Guidelines, Age 18+.



In addition to core medical services, we now offer specialty clinics for podiatry, chiropractic, dermatology, EKG, orthopedic, dental and diabetes treatment and mental health screening. We also sponsor monthly diabetes education classes in Supply.



We offer the following services at our clinic:

• Primary Medical Care


• Dental Care


• Specialty Medical Care


• Licensed Pharmacy


• Medication Assistance Program

You must meet the following criteria to be eligible for services:

• Clients must be uninsured


• Clients must live in same county as the clinic


• Federal Poverty Level of 150

We serve the uninsured residents of Brunswick County. Our patients cannot be eligible for Medicare, Medicaid or have private insurance. We serve adults over age 18.



Treatment for the most common acute and chronic illnesses is available. The Clinic does not provide emergency medical services.



The Clinic cannot treat you if you are pregnant or think you are pregnant. We also do not treat gynecological problems or provide mammograms. These medical services are available through the Women\'s Health Center of Brunswick County Health Department. Sexually transmitted diseases are not treated at the Clinic.

Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) Insurance Coverage For Mental Health

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.

If you have Affordable Care Act Coverage you will have mental health care coverage.
