Urban Indian Health Organizations do not pay the full cost of services, only a portion, they charge co-pay fees according to what your insurance requires.
If you are uninsured they charge an office visit fee on a sliding fee scale basis
They have discounted fee application, payment agreements, and Hardship Policy
