Healthy Teens Community Care Center
The Healthy Teens and Young Adults clinic provides specialized medical services to individuals 10-24 years of age, including reproductive health, family planning, health education services, and mental health screening and referral.

We will provide complete information about medical treatment in comprehensible terms. While patient consent is requested prior to the delivery of any procedure or treatment, DCHC vows to maintain and respect patient privacy regarding medical treatment, as well as the confidentiality of medical records. DCHC patients can be assured that they will always receive a clear and concise explanation of services and bills, regardless of the source of payment.
Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
