Services provided at this location include the following: Medical Care, Urgent Care, Complimentary Care, Oral Health Care, and Mental and Behavioral Health Care.
This location is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving as the safety net provider for the medically underserved population of the remote Hna District, located in Maui County. Services are provided to all patients regardless of their ability to pay; a sliding fee scale is available for primary health care services according to federal guidelines.
Hana Community Health Center operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Hana Community Health Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
