Oaks Integrated Care offers caring, compassionate programs for adults, children and families living with a mental illness. Our programs throughout New Jersey give individuals the opportunity to make healthy choices, stabilize symptoms of illness and eventually reach his or her full potential.
Outpatient counseling services, partial care, residential programs and more are designed to reduce isolation, increase connections to community services and improve quality of life. By focusing on integrated care, it becomes possible to treat the whole person to achieve both mental and physical wellness.
Oaks Integrated Care Oasis Residential - Hammonton is a certified Community Mental Health Center and therefore operates through federal and state funds made possible by the Community Mental Health Act.
