The Clarkston Community Health Center, Inc. (CCHC), founded in 2013, is a non-profit 501 c(3) organization designed to establish a patient-centered medical home to enhance an economically feasible, culturally and linguistically sensitive continuum of care for all patients in the network area including health screening, primary and preventive healthcare to the refugee, indigent, underinsured and uninsured population.
This Health center is based on Sliding scale fees which are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income.
Clarkston Community Health Center operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Clarkston Community Health Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
