Mondays 4:00pm - 7pm
Patient signup begins at 2:30 pm, with practitioners seeing patients until 7 pm.
Thursdays 1:30pm - 7pm
Activities and showers for women begin at 1:30pm
Clinic starts at 3pm in addition to food served

51% suffer from mental illness
    Staff and volunteers provide assistance with obtaining eye care,, and HIV/AIDS testing and treatment.
    Social workers provide psychosocial support, counseling, and referral to community services.
    Showers, evening meals, health screenings and referrals for outpatient medical services such as mammography and gynecological care(Thursday only)
    Psycho-social support services
    Psychiatric treatment
    Primary care
    Pharmacy
    Nurses offer blood pressure and diabetic sugar testing, education, and foot care.
    Massage therapy (Thursday only)
    HIV testing and counseling
    Health and well-being presentations
    GED classes, discussion group, women's health presentations, QUIT smoking sessions
    Cosmetologists provide hair Cuts, including personal hygiene items
    Dental care: Clients are screened at our clinic, then transported by volunteers from Trinity United Methodist Church to ACORN Clinic for treatment.

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
