We see everyone - Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid and the uninsured. We take everyone, but we still need to pay the light bill and I'd like to get a paycheck every now and then. We have a sliding scale system where the minimum is $20 if you don't have insurance. We want to be a community clinic, but if we become the go-to clinic for the uninsured, it won't be sustainable

We have added two full-time and two part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to our Palm's staff who provide counseling services to children and adults in select clinics within our service area.
Our full-time LCSWs devote 100% of their scheduled time to the identified counseling, assessment, and screening needs of PMG patients.
Palms Medical Group Orange Park operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Palms Medical Group Orange Park provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
