FHCSD PACE of College Grove shopping center is home to our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly and is located in the College Grove shopping center.

 * Most FHCSD primary care clinics offer mental health services. We also offer stand-alone behavioral health facilities.

Medi-Cal
Medi-Cal (Medicaid) is Californias health insurance program designed for children and adults with limited income.

Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) accepts a range of payment and insurance plans, including Medi-Cal. In addition, all FHCSD clinics operate on a sliding fee scale. This means the cost of services is based upon income and family size. No patient will be turned away based on their inability to pay. Our staff will help patients enroll in free or low-cost plans that can help cover the cost of treatment and services.

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
