Canvas Health helps children, adolescents, adults and families who struggle with mental health, chemical health and domestic and sexual abuse. Outpatient clinic focuses on mental health care. Early childhood therapy ages 5 and under and child/adolescent therapy ages 6-17. Issues ranging from stress and adjustment to severe and chronic mental illnesses. Chemical health assessments offered.
Costs: Most health insurance plans accepted.

Canvas Health Mental Health Services operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Canvas Health Mental Health Services provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
