Ampla Health primary care providers provide comprehensive medical health care services for patients of all ages.

Behavioral Health Services
Our Behavioral Health Services assists adults with mental illness to seek and obtain treatment; live, work, socialize, and learn in the least restrictive environment with the appropriate therapeutic support.

Ampla Health is a 501 (c)3 non-profit network of community-based Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and specialty healthcare services in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba counties. This clinic accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families and most private health insurance, as well, if you are uninsured and your income is low, you may qualify for reduced fees under our sliding fee discount plan program.

Hours:

Monday and Thursday, 8:00 am 7:00 pm.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm.

Saturday, 9:00 am 4:30 pm.

Lunch: 1:00 pm 2:00 pm.

What this means to you is that Yuba City Medical And Xpress Care provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay).
