Ampla Health is a 501 (c)3 non-profit network of community-based Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and specialty healthcare services in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba counties. This clinic accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families and most private health insurance, as well, if you are uninsured and your income is low, you may qualify for reduced fees under our sliding-fee discount plan program.

 Medical:

  Monday Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

 Dental:

  Monday Friday, 7:15 am 4:15 pm.

   Lunch: 12:00 pm 1:00 pm.

Sliding Scale

Orland Family Health Center operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Orland Family Health Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
