Ampla Health is a 501 (c)3 non-profit network of community-based Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and specialty healthcare services in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba counties. This clinic accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families and most private health insurance, as well, if you are uninsured and your income is low, you may qualify for reduced fees under our sliding-fee discount plan program.

Monday Friday, 7:00 am 4:15 pm.
Closed for lunch, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
Every other Saturday, 7:00 am 3:00 pm.
Closed for lunch, 12:30 pm 1:00 pm.
Lindhurst Family Health Center operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Lindhurst Family Health Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
