This is a sliding scale approved program

Serves children from birth to age 19 with on-site care and health education in both Spanish and English.

Services:
Primary care
Treatment for injuries or sickness
Behavioral therapy
Learning evaluations and treatment for children with behavioral issues and ADHD
Oral health, including teeth cleanings by a dental hygienist, dental sealants, information about how to keep teeth healthy
Immunizations for infants, children and teens
Sports medicine
Nutrition and healthy lifestyle education
Developmental screening
Special needs and chronic care
Tuberculosis screening and prevention

Treat common challenges:
Asthma
Obesity
Anemia
Diabetes
Oral health concerns
Developmental challenges
Behavioral issues and ADHD
Referrals to specialty care providers

Health Education:
Classes in English and Spanish

Breastfeeding support
Parenting classes, such as Triple P, Positive Parenting Program
Healthy nutrition
Diabetes prevention

Coordinate care for:

Children with special needs
Children in foster care
Disabled children
Children with complex congenital diagnoses

Payments:

Ask at your next appointment, or call 707-547-3030 from 8:30 am - 8:30 pm Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm on Friday, and from 8:30 am till 3:30 pm on Saturday.
