North Country HealthCare offers extensive primary care services to low-income, uninsured or underinsured people in northern Arizona.
As the only publicly supported community health center in the area, their fees are based on a sliding scale of payment determined by the income and size of the family.
North Country provides comprehensive outpatient primary care in Flagstaff, Lake Havasu, Ash Fork, Seligman, Grand Canyon, Kingman, Winslow, Holbrook, St. Johns, Round Valley and Show Low.

Payment options:
North Country HealthCare accepts private insurance, AHCCCS, Medicare and provides a sliding fee scale for financially eligible individuals.
They also accept most major credit cards and payment support credit.
