North Country HealthCare offers comprehensive primary care services to low-income, uninsured or underinsured people in northern Arizona.
As the only publicly supported community health center in the area, their rates are based on a sliding scale of rates determined by household income and size.
North Country provides full-scale outpatient primary health care in Flagstaff, Lake Havasu, Ash Fork, Seligman, Grand Canyon, Kingman, Winslow, Holbrook, St. Johns, Round Valley and Show Low.

They also accept most major credit cards, as well as service credit for payment.
If they are concerned about paying their bills, please talk to someone in their collection department, who will work out a payment plan that convenient for them.

What this means to you is that North Country Holbrook Care Holbrook provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
