North Country HealthCare provides extensive primary care services to low income, uninsured, or underinsured people in northern Arizona. As the only publicly supported community health center in the area, our charges are based on a sliding fee scale determined by income and household size. North Country offers full-scale outpatient primary healthcare in Flagstaff, Lake Havasu, Ash Fork, Seligman, Grand Canyon, Kingman, Winslow, Holbrook, St. Johns, Round Valley and Show Low.

Payment Options
North Country HealthCare accepts private insurance, AHCCCS, Medicare and offers a sliding fee scale for financially eligible persons. We also accept most major credit cards as well as care credit for payment.
If you are concerned about paying your bill, please talk to someone in our billing department who will work out a convenient payment plan for you.

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
